Shipping policy
We want to ensure you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Taxes Policy describes our shipping and delivery process, as well as our tax collection practices.
1.Processing Time
Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 3 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
2.Shipping Options and Charges
We offer free shipping to your door steps for all order CAD$75 and over. For all order CAD$75 and below, shipping charges will be shown on your order before you submit your order.
3.Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
4.Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5. Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we are currently unable to ship orders to destinations within the European Union. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
6.Title and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
